The Aleph Zadik Aleph (AZA) and the B’nai B’rith Girls (BBG) are a high school fraternity and sorority, the membership program of BBYO. Since our founding in 1924 and 1944, we have been member-led. Our priorities and programs reflect the interests and issues that matter most to us.

1927. The first permanent chapter of BBG is organized in San Francisco, California, USA, by Rose Mauser, with Mattie Olcovich and Essie Solomon as the first advisors. This chapter becomes known as San Francisco BBG #1.

These workouts are all about accessibility: the program requires minimal equipment, and each workout is only 28 minutes long.
