Most schools plan for student absences on picture day, and have an option for retakes a few weeks (or sometimes months) later. Promote your retake day just like you would your original picture day, with posters, announcements and parent emails.

How do Lifetouch retakes work?
The Lifetouch Satisfaction Guarantee means we’ll retake your portrait or give you a full refund. For fall pictures, many schools offer a retake day about 6-8 weeks after the original Picture Day. The school will send out a new flyer for the retake pictures.
What happens if your child misses picture day?
My child missed original Picture Day but I already ordered, what should I do? If your child was absent on the original Picture Day and you’ve already preordered, there is nothing you need to do. Your child is on our list to be photographed on Retake Picture Day.

Order pictures online on or before picture day by going to the studio website at www.whites-studios.com/k-11photos. Online orders only, no cash or checks will be accepted on picture day.

Don’t wear bright or neon colors on school picture day. Do wear rich earth or jewel tones. Avoid bright or neon colors. They may look cute to our eye, however in a photograph they are distracting.

As soon as your Lifetouch digital image is ready, you’ll receive an email directing you to shutterfly.com. If you already have a Shutterfly account, you’ll simply log in to access your Lifetouch digital images. If you do not have a Shutterfly account, the email will direct you to create one.
